Refunds & Cancellation Policy

OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by The
VAmazing Collective (Pty) Ltd, including Edu-Services,
Media Production, and Creative Consultation. By engaging
our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
We understand that project requirements change. However,
our services require the reservation of time, resources, and
often the rejection of other potential work. As such, the
following cancellation fees apply:

Before Work Has Commenced: If you
cancel a project or service before any work has commenced,
you are eligible for a refund of monies paid, less a
25% Cancellation Fee based on the total cost of the
project. This fee covers administrative costs and the
reservation of our production schedule.

After Work Has Commenced: If you cancel
a project or service after work has commenced, no automatic
refund is applicable. You will be liable for the
higher of the following two amounts:

The full value of the work completed up to the
date of cancellation (calculated based on hours
worked or milestones achieved); OR
-
25% of the total cost of the project.
- If the amount you have paid to date exceeds this liability,
the difference will be refunded to you. If the amount paid
to date is less than this liability, you will be invoiced
for the outstanding balance.<

2. CANCELLATION BY THE COLLECTIVE
In the unlikely event that The VAmazing Collective (Pty) Ltd
cancels your project for any reason other than a breach of our
Terms of Service by you (the Client), you will receive a full refund
of all monies paid.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE EVENTS

Completed Deliverables: Due to the nature of
digital services and intellectual property, no refunds will be
issued once the final deliverables (videos, edited documents, or
consultation reports) have been sent to the Client.

Creative Disagreement: Refunds are not granted
solely on the basis of creative disagreement or personal taste.
We offer a Revision Policy (detailed in your Service Agreement)
to ensure the final product meets your requirements.
4. REFUND PROCESSING

Notification: To request a cancellation or refund,
please contact us immediately at hello[at]vamazing[dot]co[dot]za.

Approval: We will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund based on the status of your project.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of
payment (via Paystack). Please allow up to 10–15 business days for
the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's
processing times.
5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Paystack Dispute Resolution: You acknowledge that our
payment processing is handled by Paystack. In the event that you
initiate a dispute or chargeback directly through Paystack or your
issuing bank, that process will be governed strictly by Paystack’s
Dispute Resolution Procedures and the banking regulations of South
Africa.

Resolution Protocol: We encourage you to contact us
directly at hello[at]vamazing[dot]co[dot]za to resolve any issues
before initiating a formal payment dispute.

Unjustified Chargebacks: Please be advised that any
unjustified chargebacks or disputes (e.g., claiming "Service Not
Received" after work has been delivered or commenced) will be contested.
We reserve the right to submit this Refund Policy, your acceptance of the
Terms of Service, and proof of work completed as
evidence to Paystack and the relevant financial institutions to recover
funds.
